Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyWebDesign website and the web design, development, and marketing services we provide ("Services"). By booking a call, accepting a proposal, signing a contract, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We design and build websites and provide related marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, and price for each project are defined in the proposal and contract you accept. Those project-specific documents prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Quotes, deposits & payments
Projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance before the site is launched. Where a recurring "Growth" plan is selected, it is billed monthly and begins when the site is delivered; it continues until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.
3. Revisions
Each plan includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond that may be quoted separately.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, materials, and access we need in a timely manner, and to ensure you have the rights to any content you supply. Delays in providing these may delay the project.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and any tools or frameworks we reuse across projects, which remain licensed rather than owned. We may display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (for example hosting, payments, and email). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their failures.
7. Warranties & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and non-refundable deposits up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyWebDesign operates.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
