When you book a call, accept a proposal, sign a contract, pay, or complete our onboarding form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business details, project brief, and any images or files you upload. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider, not by us.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Services, communicate with you, schedule calls, prepare proposals and contracts, process payments, and build and deliver your project.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Services, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of files you upload during onboarding.
• OpenAI — used internally to help plan your project from your brief.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights
